A website isn't a fence post. Left alone it goes out of date, breaks, and stops showing up. Both plans are month to month — cancel with 30 days' notice.

Hourly work is billed in 15-minute blocks, not hour minimums — a five-minute phone number change costs $20, not $80. Bigger additions — a new page, a booking system — are quoted separately either way.
The fine print, in plain words
You get one number. Fixed price, agreed in writing before I start. If the job turns out bigger than I expected, that's my problem, not a change order.
What isn't included. Online booking, customer logins, payments and online stores aren't part of any of these prices. Those are a different kind of build, not just more pages. If you need one, I'll quote it separately before any work starts.
You own everything. The domain is registered in your name, not mine. If you ever want to leave, you take the site with you. I'm not going to hold your business hostage.
The care plan is optional. Plenty of people take the site and run it themselves. That's fine, and I'll show you how.
What counts as a page. Your page count covers the ones customers actually browse — home, services, about, contact and the like. A privacy policy, thank-you page or error page doesn't count against it.
Founding rates won't last. These prices are held through the end of 2026 and stay locked for anyone who signs on before then. After that they go up.
